Assignment # 9 Errors

In my writing of papers I’m struggling with using the articles, sometimes I use them when they are not necessary, and sometimes I don’t use the articles when they are necessary. Also I’m being a wordy writer what making my sentences too general, and having unnecessary information. Another writing issue that I’m having is a sentence structure. Pretty often I’m confusing putting words in English structure,
what makes my sentences hard to understand.
These are my common mistakes and to avoid these mistakes, while proofreading I particularly looking a few times in my sentences, I’m trying carefully look for the articles as my mind already stick with this problem and whatever I write I always now I have miss on articles and have to find them before turning in the paper. To avoid my wordiness I’m looking for sentences reading them over and over and trying to think if I can write it shorter and keep the sentence formal, also if I can combine and make my sentences more concise. Moreover I’m sure that I have other mistakes too, but those are very common ones, and basically on those mistakes I have bad grades, and feedback. However feedback is a very helpful to improve writing.   For my future in writing I have a goal to improve these writing issues and I will achieve a success on them.

Assignment # 8 Argument

         Summary
In the story “Get Smart About College,” authors, Sandy Baum and Michael Mcpherson seriously bring up an issue about families who are thinking about college and thought they made good decisions about tuition and payments. However sometimes, even those thoughtful plans can turn into a problem. People are not always choosing a right decision about how much money to borrow or what college to graduate. However, the best colleges can’t be a good choice for everyone, especially for students who borrow money. Authors use common examples from the life they write about that is hard to find dependable information and there is nothing  free in our life. Changing our mind not always turn to a positive decision. Sandy and Michael mention that even a very logical planner could have a hard time to make a chic choice. In addition there is a possibility that it could turn into bad conclusion. Furthermore in this essay, authors give examples of common traps and how to beat them.
According to the authors, it could be a big fault if people will choose schools with high prices without assuming that the cheaper ones are better.  Also parents should carefully think about their earnings and future coming payments as people don’t always have that stable income.

       Reflection
I chose this article because first of all, this is the most interesting topic to me out of five giving options.  I think,  choosing a right and good college is a really common issue for parents and students. I like this article and the authors arguments because while i was  reading this article, memories  about how my friends searched for a good and not expensive college was coming to my mind.

Assignment # 7 Reflection!!!

Looking back to my first posted blogs I don’t really think there are any improvements. Posting blogs every week is fun and interesting thing, but sometimes to have done them, to me is kind of little challenging. My goal for this class to learn to write effective and less wordy essays as my instructor notice me about my wordiness. So far we had written two essays, literacy narrative and ad analysis essays. Writing them wasn’t easy to me, I really struggle with my first essay, because the topic wasn’t really interesting to me, and it wasn’t an attractive topic to me. A topic is very important to me, because if the topic interesting and I have interesting story or information about I very easily could write my ideas down, whereas otherwise I struggling with it.  Thinking critically about how I have developed as a writer, I don’t think a have many developments, for this very short time. Specifically probably class discussions petty mach spur those developments. Also readings from the book and discussion them in class with the teacher is giving more deeply understanding of the text, than I got by reading at home. In overall I wouldn’t and don’t have any comments to change something in our class to better facilitate my learning process.
Does my writing change since of the beginning of the semester? I don’t have a strong answer for this question. To me yet my writing process is still at the same level as it was before. However, I really hope that at the end of the semester I will have a change in my writing process as a good writer and won’t struggle that much as I do now. About improvements of writing I could say “yes”, because the revisions that we doing on our essays is really helping me to improve my writing a lot.  Doing revision is helped to find many of your mistakes and to make a good paper. I think this is the good thing to know what mistakes or errors u should look in future papers, so not to repeat them over and over.

Assignment #3 what makes a "good" paper?

First off all, a good paper is really clearly orgonazed paper, essay should be specifically and understantable  for reader. so the paper should not only be an understandable, but also get reader interest and readable. Also a good paper to me is paper without any confusion ideas, mechanical issues and sentence structure and not less important grammar. this things are important to  me for definition what makes a good paper, because this is the problems that i'm struggling for three year, sines i came here. i don't  think that it should whether you make long sentences or short. the most important how you make them. sentences should be well developed and clear to reader. i  think this will make on a "A" paper.

Assignment #4- Revisions

My final paper look very differently from my first rough draft, as after peer review i completely cdhanged my mind and change my topic. actually topic are almost the same it's about how  to write, but  the main idea  and  concepts are different. I think in my final paper i had written more emotionally and expressed more feeling than in my rough draft. Yes i did big major revisions to the contact  as when i was reading my rough draft i was  understanding that is not interesting no one will interested about this story, than i decide to revise everything. for final i mostly focus on feeling and worries that i  had while writing my paper for my first research and long paper that i had last semester. in my first paper i didn't even know what i;m going to write and i just choose a topic that i always had straggle with. after i had done it, and i had reading it it's doesn't seem good to as a writer and i had to change my topic. The guide to to make my revisions was three literary readings from black board. Before i started my first draft, after i read this readings i was thinking what topic and situation from my period of life i choose for a interesting topic. this readings make to hardly think that the topic and story should really  interested the readers, your audiences. The strongest aspect is might be my final body paragraph, as finally did my fork, and good grade for my first research paper.
